RETURN, EXCHANGE and CANCELLATION POLICY
You may return merchandise for exchange within 21 days of receipt. We do not provide refunds on products purchased from our online store and all returns are for exchange only. MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund, full credit for exchange, or repair if applicable. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality. Orders from our online store cannot be canceled, unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and Love Shop Clothing.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
All goods purchased from our online store will be packaged and ready to ship within 2-7 business days from the date of the order. Delivery time and date will depend on the customer's choice of delivery method. We cannot guarantee shipping times and dates, however any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. Love Shop Clothing is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, inclement weather, and any other delays caused by the shipping provider. We do not ship to P.O box addresses at this time.
